At Bambir House, we bring you a one-of-a-kind dining experience where food is cooked and served in bamboo! Wondering how bamboo-infused dishes taste? Let us introduce you to their earthy, woody, and nutty flavors that elevate every bite.
Bamboo isn’t just edible—it’s packed with numerous health benefits. Our meals are carefully prepared inside bamboo stems, infusing them with a natural essence that makes our dishes distinctive and delicious. Even our takeout meals come in bamboo containers, preserving their authentic aroma and taste!
Our Journey
Bambir House was born during the Covid-19 pandemic, a time of uncertainty that changed lives across the world. We saw a need for healthy and wholesome food, which led us to launch a cloud kitchen with a unique twist.
As fine-dining restaurants remained closed, we introduced Bamboo Biryani—a traditional favorite, reimagined in the healthiest way possible. After months of research and testing, we perfected the process, ensuring great taste, high hygiene, and nutritional value.
In 2021, Bambir House Private Limited was officially launched in Wakad, Pune, and the response was overwhelming! With more than 10,000 happy customers in three years, we expanded beyond cloud kitchens and opened our first dine-in restaurant in 2023.
