Pebbles Preschool franchise Onboarding Process

1. Application & Registration

   • Pay registration fee upon enrollment and annually (or once for Kindergarten)

   • Choose program/attendance schedule

2. Tour & Orientation

   • Tour facilities (classrooms, play areas, drop-off zones, exits, hygiene protocols)

   • Introduction to mission, values, and spiritual curriculum

3. Onboarding Forms & App Setup

   • Fill out emergency/contact/medical forms

   • Set up Procare Connect for updates, messaging, and secure check-in

4. Transition & Adjustment Support

   • Short visits or half-days to help new children acclimate

   • Receive teacher guidance and observe classroom routines

5. Ongoing Parent Engagement

   • Regular updates via Procare Connect

   • Family events, volunteer opportunities, and spiritual activities

   • Feedback loops to address any evolving needs
