Founded in 2021, Twisty began as a home-based kitchen with a vision to redefine the Boba experience. Starting with just 10 varieties, we have expanded to offer over 30 unique flavors, including our latest addition – Popping Boba.

Currently operating in four locations, we aim to exceed 10 outlets by FY 24-25. Our team, driven by millennial and Gen-Z entrepreneurs, is committed to innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

Marketing Support:

• ₹30,000 from the franchise fee is allocated for initial marketing.
• We provide Instagram promotions and influencer marketing for the first three months.
• After the initial period, marketing budgets can be customized as per your preference.

Equipment & Raw Materials:

• No specialized machinery required.
• We provide:

– Mixer grinder

– Twisty Letters for ACP board

– POS System

• Initial raw material purchase (~₹50,000) is recommended, excluding milk, water, and soda, which must be procured separately.

Training & Support:

• Comprehensive training manual and instructional videos.
• Pre-launch store visit for setup assistance.
• Ongoing support available as needed.

Additional Support:

• Assistance with licenses and onboarding with Swiggy & Zomato.
• Store interiors and staffing are managed by the franchisee.
